B.A.S.S. Subscription Types And Prices

We try to be as individual as possible. We therefore offer different types of subscriptions and prices.

Register with us and we open your subscription. Gain access to the B.A.S.S. (Business Air Service Switzerland) services whenever you like to, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our access-fees / user-fees are very low and we only charge them for certain reservations or types of service AFTER you have effected a reservation.
Depending on your subscription-type there is even no set-up-charge!

Explanations

Internet On-Line service:
Internet-based, full-electronic service. There is no personal involvement of a B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist when you effect your transactions. The advantage is instant confirmation of your reservations 24 hours a day, 365 days a week.

Flight bookings published-fares (Internet On-Line service):
You can effect reservations for published air-fares yourself on our reservation-platform. (There is no personal assistance or involvement of a B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist).
Published air-fares are fares that are officially published from any airline and available to anybody.

Flight bookings market-fares (Internet On-Line service):
You can effect reservations yourself for airline-specific market-air-fares on our partner's reservation platform. (There is no personal assistance or involvement of a B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist).
Market air-fares are carrier specific, discounted air-fares. Those fares are not officially published and may have special rules. At those fares, tickets are generally not reroutable and refund is restricted. As each airline has it's own rules for market-fares, the respective rules for the appropriate fares are displayed when working on this platform.

Hotel bookings (Internet On-Line service):
You can effect hotel-reservations yourself on our reservation platform. (There is no personal assistance or involvement of a B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist).

Rent-A-Car bookings (Internet On-Line service):
You can effect rent-a-carl-reservations yourself on our reservation platform. (There is no personal assistance or involvement of a B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist).

B.A.S.S. Assisted Internet service:
Your requests are personally handeled from a B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist. We do our utmost efforts to reply to you as quick as possible (most of the time in less than 2 hours). However, for logical reasons we must keep the the option to reply to you within 24 hours.
When you effect your request, a B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist is selecting the most cost-effective and reliable option available to us, in accordance with your request.
The advantage is personal treatment of your reservations by a specialist.

Flight bookings ID-fares (B.A.S.S. Assisted Internet service):
A B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist is personally effecting your reservation according to our ID-air-fare-agreements. As ID-air-fares are only available to specific customers, such fares can only be booked thru B.A.S.S. Assisted Internet service.

Flight bookings published-fares (B.A.S.S. Assisted Internet service):
A B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist is personally effecting your reservation. To get a quicker and cheaper tool you may also use our Internet On-Line service.

Flight bookings market-fares (B.A.S.S. Assisted Internet service):
A B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist is personally effecting your reservation. To get a quicker and cheaper tool you may also use our Internet On-Line service.

Hotel bookings (B.A.S.S. Assisted Internet service):
A B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist is personally effecting your reservation. To get a quicker and cheaper tool you may also use our Internet On-Line service.

Rent-A-Car bookings (B.A.S.S. Assisted Internet service):
A B.A.S.S. reservation-specialist is personally effecting your reservation. To get a quicker and cheaper tool you may also use our Internet On-Line service.

Reservation-file:
A booking-file which can consist of a various number of rooms and names. For example: If you reserve six rooms in a city at the same time (all rooms booked under one name) this is then one reservation-file.

CHF (Swiss Franc)
As we are based in Switzerland, our currency is the Swiss Franc (CHF) and our fees are charged in Swiss Franc. The exchange-rate to the Swiss Franc are approximatly as follows (31 October 2001):
CHF 1.00 = US$ 0.57 / CND$ 0.90 / GB£ 0.40 / EUR 0.64
CHF 15.00 = US$ 8.52 / CND$ 13.39 / GB£ 5.98 / EUR 9.55
CHF 30.00 = US$ 17.04 / CND$ 26.78 / GB£ 11.96 / EUR 19.10
